There is absolutely nothing strange in the RFE that you got, it is as vanilla a RFE as it can get.
Just mention the duties and the title as they are in your Labor Cert. do not mix the H1-B title/duties with this one.
That said, there are several resources within the forums where you can get specific info on how to answer these !

You must first get into EAD status by filing form I9 with your employer. After that you can do a second job part-time or weekends / online etc using ur EAD. EAD allows open employment for your second job - not necessary to be the same as ur current full time job.
H4 holders after getting EAD must apply for SSN. After getting SSN they can do any job full time or part time.

Out of curiosity, I called the congresswoman's office to ask if she would be re-sponsoring the visa recapture bill. The person on the phone asked me to call back next week, because at present she was considering about it.
Can we all try to call her office and request her to re sponsor this bill, as this will help the housing crisis.
I am posting a link, you all can call her office and even explain to the person about why this bill is so important. ( wait to be transferred to the specific person who handles immigration issues, don't talk to the phone operator as she would care less)

i always start a drawing or anything, with primitives. Usually circles and curves because they are organik..if i want something more rigid i uses cubes...then i try to visualize that primitives potential and how i can link it to something else alter in the composition...after i do that 1 of 2 things happen, I either do it or i get scared ima ruin it and just go work on something else.

Yes and no. Yes it is mandatory by definition. No because there are ways around. You could go join a school to get higher education. You could ask Y to terminate your employment.
Better still. AFter your GC is approved, get a letter from Y that "unfortunately the position is no longer available. You are most welcome to try for jobs in other areas". Then submit your resume and go for an interview or two, if called. Keep all records, emails. Then you are completely off the hook!!!

Employee proves his/her intent by joining the employer. Each situation is unique, but in OP's situation, there is no bona fide intent to work for company Y. Therefore, it will be a fradulent GC which can be revoked. How OP is going to prove that he was going to join Y after GC is approved? AC21 allows for porting, but porting to company X will look fishy as well. If OP can get a letter from Y that position is no longer available, it may help. This being said, there is a possibility to get a GC without any issues.

Yes getting her here on an F1 Visa is your best option. You can hv the wedding in India but she shd not disclose abt her wedding and shd cm here on her maiden name and after afew months you can hv a registered marriage here. That is what my cousin did and they flew together to US.

It seems odd that there has been so many RFE for photos. I am not sure if the request for photographs is because USCIS is simply loosing them.
I got photos taken from a professional place and met all the specs. But yet i got an RFE for additional photos.
I have bought tickets for travel in 2 weeks. I may have to postpone my trip now because of this RFE delay.
It took 2 weeks for the RFE to arrive by mail. Too much time is getting wasted....
I wonder why they cannot combine the EAD and AP as one document.

The Federal government is about to start knocking on the doors of employers, demanding to see I-9 records and more. An employer is usually required to produce this documentation within three days. A sample I-9 subpoena is below.

You need to hand over the I-94, only when leaving the country. No need to send it. If you didn't hand over, you need to send it. Always to have AP, if you want to go abroad or emergency travel, if your H1/H4 stamping in the passport is expired. USCIS prefer AP over other visa document when you come back from abroad (if you filed I-485).

My wife has entered the US as H4 and her i-94 is expiring end of this month. she has now moved to AOS (using EAD). DO we have to sent her I94 somewhere or simply hold on to it and return it whenever we leave the country.
Does her AP has to be applied before end of this I94.

@thomachan72 - Thank you! Great idea on the trailer with dialogues! Our goal was to create an engaging, relatively fast paced and high level quick Teaser first to get people's attention and then release a Trailer with dialogues just like you mentioned in a few weeks.
